教材说明:

本单元将《儿童英语》中的六个关于动词及其句型的小单元(Do you understand? Let’s sing together. Play a game. Rope jumping. In the swimming pool what a wonderful day!)合在一起用6课时进行教学。

 

教学目标分析:

课标动词:run, swim, read, count, sing, play, draw 拓展词汇: climb, dance, ski, write, walk, listen, learn, march;句型包括:… can/ cant Can you?  Yes, I can. / No, I cant. What are you doing? I am Are you? Yes, I am. No, I amWhat are they doing? They are Yes, they are. No, they areWhat am I doing? You areWhat can you/I do? / love…拓展句型: Whats the bird doing? The bird is singing. Is the bird singing? Yes, it is. No, it is flying.

 

对象分析:

学生对动词还是比较陌生,只学习过fly, sit, jump, stand等简单的动词,对现在进行时态有初步的理解,基本掌握了The monkey is sitting in a tree. What can you see? I can see… Let’s…

 

教学策略与设计:

  本节课充分利用了教师自制的课件,及网络学习资源,综合运用讲授式、启发引导式、自主学习、协作学习等策略在唱歌、合作表演的形式中引导学生自主、协作学习,不仅进一步激发了学生学习英语的兴趣,增强学习的自信心;而且在合作看图说话的活动中,学生的语言发散性思维及迁移运用英语的能力也得到锻炼,从而也提高了语言交际的能力。

 

教学活动设计:

本单元以“听、说”为突破口,开展看图会话,自主听读,协作表演,小组内完成调查报告等多种活动,让学生在颇为真实的语言情境中进行语言交际,培养学生的听、说技能,提高语言的综合运用能力。

 

教学媒体的选择和设计:

本单元采用电脑,投影, 录音机等多媒体设备辅助教学。

 

 

第一课时 

【教学内容】

本节课作为第一课时,主要任务是由相关动词的词汇的教学,让学生在自主听读简单对话的过程中自主学习词汇:read, sing, paint, jump, run, play;拓展学习词汇:jump, slide, talk, climb, swim, talk, walk..同时自学句型,获得初步感知。其后将有关单词套入较简单的句型:can, cant.进行操练;最后准备2个对话作为拓展听读的材料,为下一节课奠定基础。

【学情分析】

只学习过fly, sit, jump, stand简单的动词, 基本掌握了What can you see? I can see

【教学目标】

1.能掌握有关动词词汇read, sing, paint, jump, run, play

2.能运用词汇和新学过的句型,如can, cant进行PPT talking.

【资源准备】

自主听读资源: 4首歌曲,两段简单句型,两段对话,2 PPT

【教学过程】

I: Warm up:

1.  Sing the song: A place I like

   A place I like, where we go every day, to learn to read and learn to sing and learn to paint.

A place I like, where we go every day, to learn to jump and learn to run and learn to play.

 

2.  Listen and mime the action.

 

教师将歌曲里的歌词变成指令,学生听指令做动作。

 

3Sing the song again and mime the action.

 

通过老师讲解,学生对歌曲意思已有了很好的把握,因此这次唱歌加上动作,已经是不同层次,是更进一步的学习。而且通过学习歌曲,学生掌握了动词:read, sing, paint, jump, run, play.

 

 

II: 自主听读,感知新句型:

1. 4首歌曲:Sing a song & The more we sing together

Sing, sing, sing a song, sing together, sing along. Come to join us, little Tom, let’s sing a happy song.

2.两段简单句型:

A kangaroo can jump. And I can jump too.

A cat can climb trees. And I can climb too.

A parrot can talk. And I can talk too.

A penguin can slide. And I can slide too.

A bird can fly. But I can’t fly.

 

I can dance, swim, jump, run, and walk.

 

通过自主听读,学生从中能学到更多的拓展单词: swim, climb, talk, slide, walk.感知了本课新句型:can, cant

 

III: Learn the new patterns:

1. Look at the actions and say.

 

老师做出一些学生比较熟悉的动作,如:swim, run, read, sing, fly等动词,让学生看动作之后马上抢答。

 

 

2. The new patterns: can, can’t

  A. Show the pictures of the animals.

     The bird can sing, I can sing too. La, la, la. The dog can run, I can run too.

     The cat duck swim, but I can’t swim. (装出沥水的样子) The butterfly can fly, but I can’t fly. (装出因不能非很伤心的样子)

 

该环节教师边示范边板书,重要让学生明白can cant的区别。

 

B. Look say and use the patterns:

 

该环节是考察学生在听完老师示范后,能不能明白意思,仿照板书句型能不能造句。

第四、五个环节是为下节课要学习的新句型Can you? What can you do? 做准备的。因此里面涉及到很多Yes?之类的征求别人意见的问法,教师应指导好这一类句子的语气问法。

 

 

第二课时

【教学内容】

本课的主要任务是通过故事教学,达到新句型:Can you? Yes, I can. No, I cant. What can you do? 的学习。鼓励学生把故事表演出来,再通过歌曲、唱游、短文、故事,提高学生的口头表达能力和语言运用能力。

【教学目标】

1.巩固动作单词和句型can, cant

2.初步掌握新句型: Can you? Yes, I can. No, I cant. What can you do?

3.能听懂理解故事,并能表演。

【学情分析】

1.  掌握了多个动作词汇;

2.  学会句型:can, can’t.

3.  能运用所学的单词和句型围绕主题进行简单的交际活动;

自主听读资源:

S:用自主听读所学到的句子回答。

 

训练学生读句子要带有感情和做上动作,从中让学生更容易理解故事,掌握故事中的新句型。

 

3. Play-role the story:

A 教师先扮演较复杂的几只动物,学生扮演海龟,然后在调换。

B 四人小组角色扮演

C Act out the story.

 

表演过程中,强调对白说出最重点的句子即可,不必照本宣科,这样更有利于新句型的运用。

【教学内容】

本节课的主要教学任务是在复习旧单词和旧句型的基础上,进行报告调查,情景对话等活动,在拓展听读后,认识更多的词汇: play the piano / the guitar/ the violin / the trumpet, draw a picture, ride a bike, eat, hear, see, count, drink, dance, drive, wear, roll, bake, cuddle.

【教学目标】

1.掌握并能比较好地运用上两节课的知识完成报告调查。

2.在拓展听读之后能掌握到更多的动词词汇,并能在以后的对话中灵活运用。

【学情分析】

1.学会现比较常用的动词。

2.学会用“I can I cant Can you? Yes, I can. No, I cant. What can you do?”进行对话。

1.  用所学句子完成本小组的能力调查表。统计分析情况。

学生除了用所学句型进行调查之后,还要运用数学统计方法统计多少人会多少人不会.完成新的句子。

本节课的主要教学任务是学习动词ing,将动词ing替换到旧句型:I like… I don’t like… What do you like?完成调查报告。结合以前所学知识(动物\颜色\食物\文具\玩具)进行PPT talking.

2结合动词ing形式结合句型完成调查报告。

本课的主要学习任务是在复习上节课内容的基础上,学习新句型:What are you doing? I am Are you? Yes, I am. No, I am not. 拓展第三人称单数的现在进行时态。课上通过游戏、故事表演提高学生的口头表达能力和语言的迁移运用能力。

【教学目标】

1.能运用句型:What are you doing? I am Are you? Yes, I am. No, I am not.进行游戏。

2.拓展句型:第三人称单数的现在进行时态也能基本运用到具体场景中。

3.能较完整的把上节课的故事表演出来;

【学情分析】

1.学生已经掌握了有关动词词汇;

2.基本掌握了I like swimming, I dont like singing.等相关句型。

第六课时

 

【教学内容】

本课是一节复习巩固课。学生在前面五个课时已经掌握了有关动词词汇,学会用进行时态和can的句型描述人物的动作和能力,区分两组句型的用法,并且能在特定的情景下,结合所学过的句型进行英语交际。本节课的主要任务就是利用网络为学生提供更多的学习资源,提供更多的主题和场景,并新旧知识有机融合,通过自主听读dialoguesstoriesPPT talking等活动,充分调动学生学习的主动性,扩大学生的语言训练,引导学生有重点地“说”,有情景地“说”,更综合性地“说”。

【教学目标】

1.通过拓展听读对话,扩大学生的词句,丰富学生的语言表达;

2.通过歌曲,畅游,学生能比较好的地区分两组句型的用法,能比较灵活得运用;

3.通过拓展听读故事,提高学生的听力和整体认知能力,培养学生的口头表达能力和表演技巧。

【学情分析】

(1) 学生已经掌握了有关动词的名词,如: swim, sing, read, dance, play, count, draw, climb, jump, fly, run

2)学会现在进行时态的句型,如: What are you doing? I am… Are you…? Yes, I am. No, I am not.

(3 ) 学会表述能力的句型,

虽然这个游戏上节课已经操练,但这次的操练教师可根据实际情况提高难度,增强游戏的新颖程度。

A lazy boy

Once upon a time, there’s a lazy boy. He got up very late. One day’s morning, his mother said: Terry, it’s time to get up.”

“I am tired.” “Look, the sun is shining, the bees are working, the students are going to school, what are you doing?” “I am sleeping.”

On the farm

There are many animals live on the farm. Sheep, ducks, dogs and a pig. One day, there’s a fox comes to the farm. He thinks: the pig is sleeping, the sheep are eating grass, the ducks are swimming, and the dogs are going out. What am I eating? The ducks? No, I can’t swim. The sheep? No. There are many sheep. The dogs? No, I can’t run fast. What am I eating? The pig. That’s a good idea. But when he comes to the pig’s house, the dogs are coming, the sheep are coming, the ducks are coming. They are hitting the fox. The fox says “What am I doing?’

A little girl

Kitty is a little girl. She is 4 years old. One day, her mother went out for work. Kitty‘s at home alone. But she’s very happy at home. Because there are many things to play. She can read story books. She can play with the cat. She can drive a toy car. She can cook with the toy cooker. Now she’s reading books, then she’s playing with the cat.
